We want you to love your new Monroe and it's hard to know that from a picture on a webpage. That’s why every Monroe product purchased on our website comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you buy any product from monroegoods.com, you have the next 30 days to decide if it's for you. If it’s not the right fit, you can return for a refund per our return policy or exchange for another piece.

+ What's your return & exchange policy?

If you decide that your new Monroe isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 30 days of your purchase. Simply fill out the form HERE and we’ll take care of the rest. Keep in mind that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return less any shipping charges. Also the cost of the return shipping fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.

For an exchange, the original purchase will be refunded less the shipping fees and the exchange will be processed through our webstore as a new purchase.

Please note that the 30-day period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you decide to return your exchange, you’ll only have the remainder of your original 30-day trial to do so.

+ When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship from our EU warehouse within 1-3 business days of when it is placed through our website. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends upon distance. We ship with DHL standard delivery. Express delivery is not available at this time.

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on those days will be delayed by 1 business day.

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

We offer free delivery to EU member states. This includes all duties and taxes. We offer 10€ flat rate delivery to the UK. UK orders may incur a 20% import VAT upon delivery.

+ Will I feel the bicycle hooks in my back when I wear the bag?

Nope. The bags are designed so that the hooks fall away from your body when the bags are worn as a backpack. If you find this doesn't work for you, you have the 30-day period to return or exchange it. See details above.

+ Are Monroe products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are intentionally vegan and made with sustainable material like RPET (recycled plastic bottles), organic hemp, and cotton canvas.

+ Are the bags waterproof?

We use only the finest materials to make our bags. The materials are durable and waterproof. Because of the seams, the bags themselves are highly weather resistant but not waterproof. If you expect to be in extended and heavy rain showers, we recommend you purchase our Shower Cap rain cover for added protection against the elements.

+ How should I clean my bag?

Warm water with a touch of dish soap on a rag should do the trick.

Our products are conceived at our design studio in Berlin and manufactured across Asia (in Japan, Taiwan, and China). We’re always thinking about how we can make Monroe products better by thoughtfully sourcing our textiles, taking inventory of sustainability efforts, and streamlining the process from the work table to your front door.
